Since its start in 1981, CIRM has provided specialized interest-rate counsel to hundreds of companies in thousands of separate engagements across a variety of industries.
Our clients have in common the need for large borrowings on a comparatively short term (several year) basis. This capital is essential for them to fund significant construction and development projects such as high-rise office and residential towers, sports arenas, convention centers, and manufacturing facilities.
CIRM works directly with the client having direct responsibility for the financial success of the project requiring the loan — usually the chief financial officer or the project's owner. Whomever we work with, it is always our objective to free up this individual's time and the project's cash. Invariably, we do.
